This notice is to inform you that the system used for our customer support service has been updated in order to improve service quality and usability.

The old customer support system and email address will no longer be accessible after the dates listed below.

The page will transition to the new system automatically from the 20th of February 2023.

Inquiries Sent to Old Email Address
Customer support service via the old email address will be available until the 31st of May 2023. Thereafter, email sent to the old address will be forwarded to the new system automatically.

*Depending on the content of your inquiry, we may ask you to contact us again using the new system, even if your inquiry is received before the date that the old system is discontinued.
*All inquiries regarding product defects should be sent through the new system.
