Information Notice Regarding Extension of Remote Work and Customer Support Delays Due to the 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Outbreak

As announced in our notice published on the 1st of April, Good Smile Company staff based at our Tokyo headquarters were originally scheduled to work remotely until the 17th of April due to the recent increase in cases of the 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in Japan. In compliance with the recent state of emergency declaration by the Japanese government, we have extended the remote work period until the 6th of May, 2020.

Due to this, there may be some delays in dealing with certain inquiries to our customer support team.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and hope for your understanding in this matter.
